I’m Peta, and I work with women 55+ who aren’t ready to slow down or sit on the sidelines. 

Women who want to keep doing what matters to them — and know that waiting for the “right time” doesn’t work. 

I’m navigating raising grandkids, running a business, and supporting ageing loved ones myself.

So I understand what it’s like when life is full — and routines need to hold even when things get messy. 

That’s why my coaching focuses on building a “life happens” routine — the simplest version you can fall back on when everything else goes sideways.

What’s the smallest sustainable version you can commit to? Your “life happens” foundation – doable even on hard days.

We lock it in. 
Before we expand, we make sure your foundations are solid and repeatable. 

Live Intentionally

With consistent foundations in place, you can grow and adapt in ways that align with how you want to age.
